Raffles City Beijing, an award-winning key component of a global brand owned, developed, and operated by CapitaLand, is located at the junction of Dongzhimen Neidajie and Beijing\u2019s 2nd Ring Road at the heart of Beijing\u2019s business district. The organization of the building programs is designed to be straightforward, well-connected and clearly expressed. There are four components: the retail podium, residential apartments, the Ascott serviced residence and the office tower. The retail podium with its five-storey sweeping day-lit enclosure and glass \u2018Crystal Lotus\u2019 is the defining centre piece of Raffles City, and combined with the office lobby\u2019s tessellated glass envelope is a statement of the project\u2019s ambition and commitment to excellence in design and construction.<\/p>\n
